    GC spring rate

I am going to order some gc's this weekend and i was wondering what spring rates and size you guys run? I also have a early model car. I'm not sure if that makes a difference because my rear arches are higher but i want as little gap as possible.

I'm running 450/650 and I'm very happy with the rates.

me too although mine has pretty much become a track only car and a little stiffer (500/700) would be nice i think.

375/500 for daily use. I wouldn't go any stiffer until I move somewhere with smoother roads...
