Inspection 1 or 2?

Hi guys not really shore where to post this so here it is.

Anyways my car just came up with the inspection light on the dash the other day, so i took it to a bmw specialist and asked how much for a service. Well they said $500AUD for an inspection 1 and $1100AUD for and inspection 2.

So i wana know what is involed in these inspections and if that is way to expensive? Also how can i tell the differance between an inspection 1 or 2?

wow, nobody with an e30 ever has the inspection services done any more, atleast everybody I know. How many miles are on your car?

Right so screw it. yeh go a 155,000km on it so what dose the inspection invole anyways.

At those miles, an inspection probably wouldn't be much different than normal maintenence on a high mileage car. Inspection II would change oil, air filter, valve adjustments, trans fluid, diff fluid, brake fluid flush, and probably a coolant flush.
