bumper question

I'm doing a bumper tuck on the front and rear bumper and Im repainting the bumpers and the things that have the side markers on it. Sorry I dont know what its called but I dont know how to get the back ones off to paint them. I have an 87 325. Its got the old diving board bumpers. So if you could help me it would be great. Thanks.

There should be a screw (philips) under each side marker, 5 or 6 iderntical nuts (8mm) under the back piece of trunk carpeting, and one bigger one (10mm) on each side.

That should be it for the back.
