yes it does have a grill. it very clean and stock only missing the center caps.

if you get a car with them I recommend sticking them in a drawer and only bringing them out for sunny days/shows

meh high 1000s low 2000s. definitely not 2500. i had'nt noticed the mileage when i saw it on CL last night. well unless its got a stack of receipts including recent motor rebuild.
