Sorry about the car, I don't know what I would do if someone wrecked mine, although I'm not that attached, I might be happy, lol.

About the women drivers. They actually have less accidents than male drivers, or at least less costly. Women pay less attention, but guys are crazier.

Now that I think about it, they might not get in less accidents, I know males tend to cause more damage when they wreck, hence the insurance differences.

Not only will you get free chiropractor visits (I fucking love coming out of the chiropractor you feel so good) but they will also pay you for lost wages. It sounds like a bitch thing to do but it really is a good idea to at least go get checked out after a wreck no matter how minor it is.

The girl admits to have been drinking, drives into another moving vehicle causing it to spin and jump the median and the cops let her drive away. Can someone explain that to me??? Something's just not right here... I think I'm going to search this girl's last name on the city council and see if something comes up.

37 and 45 are Failed to Yield and Had been drinking (WTF?) then he added for me under the "Other factors /conditions may or may not have contributed, 41 "Faulty Evasive Action". Someone needs to sit down with this guy. Driving while clearly intoxicated to the point of driving into someone is ok and geting over one lane to avoid someone hitting you is considered "Faulty Evasive Action"???
