POWER steering rack removal???

Now that I have more clarity on how to drop the oil pan I am now stuck trying to figure out how to drop the steering rack after the 2 crossmember bolts are removed. How does the rack seperate from the steering colum? Anyone know how much a manual steering rack would cost? I removed my pump etc.. and caped off holes. Don't like power steering and like the manual alot better since the mod. Thanks in advance.

New manual rack is $425 with CCA discount, but depends on how much you buy from them sometimes. My shop gives me a great discount.
