Removing seat rail

I've just bought 2 sport seat to put in my 325I.

They dont come with seat rail so i have to take old rail from the old seat. I've remove the 2 17mm bolt with the seat bealt. But i can figure out how 2 remove the 2 little clip from the front of the rail?

Any detail on this ?

on the insides of the rail there is a little nub that sticks out of the clip, compress it with some pliers and tap on the clip lightly with a hammer to push it out.
