I actually drove and 84 318i a few days ago and it was not too bad. The brakes worked really well since it was about 400lbs less then my car.

This is hardly in the running for ugliest e30 ever. While it may be an abomination, I've seen e30's before where I wanted to burn my eyes out. A certain predominant ethnicity in my area has done some pretty horrendous things, that I've witnessed before, to some poor, poor e30s.
