Which seat has dual release mech?

I got a pair of disassembled seats (later model) and I can't get them together.

1. Which side has dual release?
2. Where do back release cables go? I see where white plastic holder goes on the side, but not sure where the clip goes.

Thanks.

1- The passenger side has dual release.
2- There is a small lever on the hinges on which the hooks connect to allow the seat to tilt.
