The only place I have been to is European House for Imports out in Summerlin (Western side of the valley). Its not all that close to the strip and I have only dealt with them once for a small electrical issue with my A/C. I didn't have any issues with them.

        European House for Imports
        10177 Charleston Blvd
        (702) 341-0100

A co-worker has also heard of a place in downtown called PPR Automotive.

        1721 S. Mojave Rd.
        (702) 794-0123

Best of luck man, I hope this helps.
