Now that I hear the options letting the air from his tires by removing the cores sounds like a winnar .

Just leave a note on their windsheild asking them to call you.. Be nice but keep the cards in your hands. Don't be a dick, but do let them know you have pictures and will pursue this legally.

A BB placed on the stem and then screw the cap back on. Slow leak with no air somewhere on the interstate. Or call your local freight-dawg for air support. Incoming Hazmat BIOTCH!

Lacquer thinner. You'd be surprised what that shit will take off.

OP, I know how you feel man. Someone smacked into my pass right fender and messed up the bumper too. No note no nothing. People have no consideration. As for an option as to what to do, I'd say don't mess with his car. That opens up a van of shit you don't want to deal with. Just take careful notes on what has already happened and then leave a note with pictures and tell the SOB that if need be, you will pursue the matters legally.

You have enough evidence to show he did it so as far as I'm concerned, you're in a good position in this situation.

                        Hope that helps.

You should talk to the police. If it is assigned parking then he will be the one they look at, plus you have the pics. And since he hit your car and took off they may have to investigate. Let them do the dirty work. Best of luck man, that really blows that they totaled the car for that..

Agreed. A cool head always prevails. It sucks, but it would suck much more if someone caught you screwing around with the other person's vehicle.

I agree completely with Ju. I would check with security to see if they could possibly have footage of the incident. The more evidence you can get the better off you'll be in court if you have to take it that far.
