that sucks man, just do what you can to get it fixed, but shit happens. my S4 has been hit twice while parked, neither driver left any contact info, and like you i'm very sure the driver was aware of the accident in both cases and said "screw it" and took off rather than taking a hit on his/her insurance. i took the hit instead, and i hope those douchebags find out that what goes around, comes around. i'm sure they will.

uh, yeah, that particular valve as an assembly is referred to as a schrader valve, as used on many large volume tires. what they are talking about removing is in fact the valve core which is the part in the middle, which is removable via a valve core removal tool, and most valves have a valve core, regardless of style.

Well here in Michigan, you would take care of that out of pocket because the parking structure is private property. You could try small claims, but it would be hit or miss. My idea of justice would be buy an old boat for a $150 or so (Delta 88 or such) and then wedge it between the wall and his truck. You then quickly drive it to the yard and sell it for what ever. The fun is worth every penny.

I would just buy the car, never title it, wedge it like you said and leave it there for the Fucker to see.
Seriously though is there any paint transfer or is his car just scraped?

I didn't take a flashlight and it's somewhat dark in the garage so it looks like only a scrape and no paint transfer. I'm going to print the photos and place them, along with a notice to call me, on his windshield... Will take a flashlight this time and maybe get some more photos.

What a retard this fk. seriously...

Eric, I am very impressed. Most people have no clue what my SN is all about let alone who Patrick McGoohan was. I ran into an old guy at work who red the book once.

I'm not going to repay evil with evil... Besides, if he's half the idiot he is, I would imagine he would just damage the car again or worse, find my other e30. The guy is obviously hispanic and there's a child's car seat in the back so I would imagine I'll hear from him today.

The car leaves around 7:00am and doesn't return until 7:30 at night so I deduced the possibility of working two jobs or the car is shared with a spouse or roomate. Being mexican, it's probably both spouse and roomate(s). I would imagine someone with a child, and being in the state of Texas, probably illegal, would not want any potential problems outside of just contacting me to resolve the issue at hand.

Not to discriminate or sterotype but this is serious detective business here so I have to go with my training...

Does that truck have a sun roof? If it does you can always put a hammer through it and then fill the vehicle with popcorn cournels. I would pay to see that. Do you accept paypal? LOL

It's funny how he was in that and then NOTHING until he played Longshanks in Braveheart.

                        Guy's a badass!

The correct terminological phrase is "Slash his tires".

Thought Larry-e30 needed a hand with semantics.

                              Thanks

You know that he is going to blow you off if you come up to him and say that you he your car and you want him to pay for it. He going to say prove it. And all of the paint marks in the world wont change the fact that it will be a coincidence.
