    Thanks in advance,
Have you checked your O2 sensor?

I'm going to try cleaning my ICV again, and see if it helps any at all.

ya the o2 sensor is new, but when i took it into the bmw dealership, even after they replaced the o2 sensor, they were still getting an error code for it being bad.... Any ideas on that one?

ICV works, new AFM, new plugs, new fuel pressure regulator, both fuel pumps are new, and a new ignition control module. none of those fixed it. i will more than likely be replacing the distributor and quite a few vaccuum hoses while i'm still working on it. i.e.: replacing the clutch.
When did you last do a valve adjustment - the seeking idle when cold can happen when the valves are done up tight and don't quite seat properly - once its warm it all seats nice and your idle returns to normal.

Well, I have never done a valve adjustment. I bought the car about a year ago, and it isn't the original motor that is in it. So, there is no way to tell when they were adjusted last, but I will try adjusting them and see if that helps any. Thanks.
