I went to justforwheels.com. Good price and quick shipping. I don't know if they have that exact size but they had a lot so check them out and are what they have.

I just ordered mine from www.TireRack.com Actually I would recommend calling them. What wheels are they for? If tire rack sells a similar set from the same manufacture they will have what you're looking for. Because I was looking for rings for my Borbet As but since the don't carry those, I got the rings that fit the Borbet B's.
I got them from Discount Tire Direct.
1 800-707-8473. ext.437
the code for the rings was 81802

as if it matters eh!

When I bought a set of tires from Discount Tire they threw in the hub-rings free of charge. You may be able to convince them you bought a set of tires and just say "can you throw in some hub rings too?" and they'll hook you up, they give those things away like candy.
I suppose I could machine some centering rings for pretty cheap. Is there any advantage to having metal rings vs. plastic ones? Durability?
If you can do them for around 20 for a full set. The last 3 full sets of 4 I have gotten were all between $20 and $30. Metal is the way to go. The plastic ones crack with stress and over time.
I got the same ones you need(60mm-57.1mm), by calling America's Tire. It took them a week to get them in their shop, but they were only $16. They are the plastic ones BTW.
Discount Tire Direct is retiring, but check out our partners at Tire Rack! With tires and wheels for virtually every vehicle make and model, Tire Rack is your new source for the best prices and selection for online and mail-order purchases.
What would you charge? How long until you could have them made up?
I would much prefer metal to plastic if possible.
I won't be able to get anything done until the beginning of summer, so I'm of no help at the moment. But, if I do end up making some, it shouldn't be a problem to do them for around $20.
I'll also be making up some hub-centric wheel spacers for much less than the H&R's I bought.

You'll definitely sell them like crazy.
Just wish it wasn't going to be so long before you could make them.
OTOH, if the BANG i heard the other day turns out to not be the guibo/cause more damage, I may not need the stuff just yet!
