needs panel filler and a paint spray and I'd bet it will look 100 times better. Those blobby ground down seams/welds don't look the money ATM.

"strictly unpainted" ? They weren't just bare finished metal, they had special clear coat. You have to wash them with special cleaner to not kill the clear coat also. But yeah... of course he could build his own car... that's how us Italians do. I could totally build you guys backyard ferarri's for like... 3-fiddy, a 6pack, and a bag of skittles each, taking pre-orders now, ship payment first.
Seriously though, who cares if you guys like the looks. Just the metalworking talent.. wow. Nevermind doing the entire brake and suspension system himself. Besides, like any one of us would take the time to pretty up a car we built before taking it out to show it off as soon as we got it running, turning, and stopping haha. Anyways, kick as old world Italian craftsmanship as ever.Comment

I could call put an alligator on a leash and call it a begal just because I was blind, but people would think I was slightly retarded too.
Seriously though, most people don't know, so whatever, we're just messing withy ou for fun. Deloreans suck no matter what they were made out of and coated with. They constantly left marty stranded, and that was back when they were new. You all saw it!Comment
