      With the specs I've seen, power will definetly not be an issue.

      Rumor has it the E92 M3 CSL will be coming with this sucker as well.

            It's got silly inboard mounted turbochargers and outboard intake manifolds w/ direct injection, kinda a nifty new idea.

                Exactly. I want to see how that works exactly, I can picture it doing wonders for engine bay space, which ECU nightmares aside, would make this motor a very good swap candidate for those who got the $$.

                Not to mention the possible tuning potential with those things.

                    Makes for a tight package. IIRC one of the domestics (Chevy/GM) is doing a inboard turbo on a diesel engine. I may be on crack on that though.

                      You're correct, the new GM 4.4 diesel has inboard-mounted turbos
