            i need a car..bad.

My intent was to haul this around and take it into the ground then buy a 318iS well hopefully 325iS or 325i (depending on color) thats an 88+ i say 88 because you can have the option of having shortened diving boards or plastic.

I was thinking about just keeping this car until i found another black E30 since i have a thing now for black E30s.

I dont really honestly like any other color except black it just looks really good all around in the day and night..to me atleast its just my personal prefrence others will disagree which is fine as nobody has the same views. Last night i was parked at the Tacoma Narrows Bridge on the Gig Harbor side infront of a guard rail at night overlooking all the lights on the bridge and cars. I looked at mine and dunno just looked pretty damn cool with the yellow fogs and front end bells n whistles best of yet it looked straight...it just blended in with the surrounds and so forth.

There is an '89 325i parts car for sale near you for $600 obo. You could pull the motor and tranny and swap it into your car. That wouldn't be too bad since you already have an lsd and like the shell of your car.

$20 says the half shaft popped out.

$8 for new bolts, a jackstand, a jack, a ratchet with hex extension, and 30 minutes should fit it.

Sure 84s-87s are better, my friend's 87 is constantly proving why we call chrome bumpers "diving boards".

Not to mention, had it not been the exception in 87, all pre-88 6 cylinders would have less performance than the post-88's 4 cylinder.

.....and so the war begins 8)
