Employer bounced my paycheck

Ya I know I was debating whether to get out of the business because the rising gas prices are cutting into my profits but if he is starting to bounce checks I think I need to get out of there.

Its really too bad I mean it was a ridiculously fun job.

All I can say is wow that sucks, this is why I work for a larger companies, it dose not happen as often.

Hello I live in Oregon and I work for a Limo service, my employer recently bounced my paycheck incurring some overdraft fees and leaving me with no money to my name. After receiving my money I will be looking for other employment.

He said that he will be taking care of the overdraft fees as well as the money wages owed tomorrow.

I am considered a Private Contractor and I have been searching for the laws on this subject so I am well versed if any problems arise.

I would appreciate any feedback or info on the matter you can contribute.
