I'm a new member, long time lurker, would really appreciate some help. Would a SI board that's pretty corroded by old leaky batteries cause a no-start condition? It's an '88 325ic with the classic shot batteries, i.e. tach jumping all over, same with the temp gauge. I took the cluster apart and the board is corroded, with burn marks from an obv. short.
