    Something I can't figure out.

When I make a left turn my car make a weird noise, from the right side of the front of the car, sort of like the exhaust manny is leaking. Now , bear in mind, it has to be a fairly sharp turn at speed, not parking lot slow. So I said to myself, must be the wheel bearing, so I jacked the car up. I shook the wheel in every direction possible and there was no play. No wobble or binding, nice free movement. No noise as well. This has got me perplexed, cause I'm a very spirited driver, I mean Valentine 1 spirited!:eeek: But I won't feel safe until this is resolved.

So what do you guys think? Also, the rest of the time it never sounds like theres an exhaust leak, so I don't think thats what it is, but after all I am a noob and don't know for sure.

    Thanks in advance for replies!!!

Maybe there is an exhaust leak.

If your motor mounts are shit and you take a corner hard enough you can sway the engine over which might cause the down pipe/manifold area to have a crack in it.
