Scroll to the larger picture. You will see a selector on the center console.

It's advertised as a palm control for suspension regulation (dampening).

Anyone ever see this?

The seller is mistaken on it being a suspension setting control .
He's also most likely making up the fact that it came from an Evo2 M3 . ;)
