1991 318is floor pan rust!

Help!

I need a unibody welder/fabricator in the Maryland area to evaluate a rusty floor pan in a 1991 318is. The rust has progressed to the transmision mount rail.

Has anyone encountered a similar repair?

Any suggestions?

I think the best thing you can do here man is post some pics. Get some advice before chopping it up that's the mistake I made!
