Late model E30 Cab sighting in Garage419 video...

I caught this on Jalopnik, a guy I know is having his MCS wrapped in vinyl. In the video, I noticed a late model red E30 cabrio rocking (what looks to be) Borbet Type A's in the NYC area. Anyone know if belongs to a member on here? From 3:50 to 4:30.
