B. Sell the manifold to someone who has an m30 that has the ports in the right place and buy an e36 euro intake that has the spacing for the m20.

I take it you have not seen a Hartge H5sps it used the manifold from the m6 on an m30 engine. I said m30 due to bores centerline being the same as the m intake. this way your adapter would work.

and i forgot the other option: buy an m30 3.5 for 300 and make a plate to fit onto the engine. then put it in your e30.

I might just buy an M30 down the road :D But then I need a tranny, custom motor mounts, driveshaft and all that. I jsut know the m30 head uses a diferent bolt pattern than the M engines.
