Help point me in the right direction...

Engine oil light has been coming on once the car leaks out enough oil past the leaking pressure sensor to come, add oil, it goes away.

Just changed the oil and replaced the pressure switch (not leaking oil anymore yay!), and the engine oil light is still on. So if the car was really only carrying 7psi of oil pressure the motor would most likely already be toast from the 5 miles around town and few 6500 rpm shifts I just performed.

    Oil level sensor then?

The Oil pressure sensor output goes to the instrument cluster (oil canister icon), vs the level sender which goes to the check panel.

    What light is on?

^Whooops, guess I misread the Bentley, but at least its not leaking anymore now.

Its the "Engine Oil" light on the overhead check panel that is on.

Take the float out of the oil pan, clean it out with some carb cleaner, let it dry and reinstall.. You can probably revive it (the float likes to get stuck)

Thanks for the info and quick response!

Although I imagine my lazy ass self will probably just make sure to keep a hawk eye on my oil level for awhile!
