I was wondering once you have performed this swap if the standard e30 strut braces will work? I wasn't sure if there would be any clearance issues....
Anybody who has done an s52 swap

Should be no problem what-so-ever. I had a 98' MZ3 Roadster engine swap done to my 89' 325i, and the strut brace that I bought from BavAuto fit just fine. I assume we're talking about the shock tower braces, right? Or did you mean the anti-roll bars? Either way, you should be all set. -

Hey, i'm finally going through with my swap also. I used to have the white 91 318is. I was going to swap in the e36 m3 drivetrain in it and had also swapped in the e36 m3 suspension and brakes on it. It had the bronze e36 motorsport rims on it. I posted pics as the project progressed on maxbimmer, and dtmpower. I bought a house and had to sell all my projects. Now financially i can start back up with my projects. I had to finish what i started since i still have the drivetrain so i bought a 1990 325i 2dr. This one is gonna be a little more work cause it's on auto, and i have to convert it to stick, and now i no longer have the e36 m3 5-lug suspension and brakes, so i'll have to buy all that stuff again. I have all the hard parts to make the e36 m3 drivetrain fit in the e30 engine compartment so this time i'm going to start with the motor swap and not procrastinate like last time.Comment
