Gmail Users or anyone with computer knowledge

Lately when I attempt to log into my gmail account it wont let me access my email because it tells me that my browsers cookie functionality is turned off and I need to turn it back on. I can't think of anything I did that would change that, and I have searched and cannot figure out how to fix this. I am running the latest version of Internet Explorer. Has anyone else had this problem or can anybody help me fix it?

    Thanks
    Derek

From Control Panel, select Internet Options, and then choose the privacy tab.

There you can change whether your puter will let you save cookies and what not.

I've tried that over 10 times. I've set it to allow all cookies and it doesn't work. The wierd thing is that I didn't change aything in thre and it just started doing this. For a while it would do it off and on, now it does it all the time. It's not just my account, it's my brother's too.

On the Programs tab try hitting the "reset web settings button", and on the advanced button try hitting the "restore defaults" button.

        Do you have a firewall?

I tried all that stuff before, and it didn't work, but I tried it again and still no. I even tried reinstalling IE6. I have a wireless router, which I believe works as a firewall, but I have not changed anything lately.

If there is anyone that can get into their gmail and get me the email of the tech support (if they have one) so that I can mail them. I'll I can find is the email of their privacy people and all that gives is some stupid auto response.

          Thanks
