I ordered wheels

I ordered a set of rota slipstream 16x8 et20 in flat black. I get an email from them saying"

"We don’t have no more flat black, do you want to switch to gunmetal/ gold with polihs lip or full polish steel grey."

Complaint one:
If you don't have a product, don't state its in stock on your website.

Complaint two:
Learn to type in English, I had to re-read this many times to understand my other options.

Complaint three:
Offer to refund my money before of trying to unload a different set on me. If I had wanted any of the other color options, I would of ordered it that way originally.

I do appreciate them telling me rather than sitting on my money until i ask where my wheels are at.

I simply replied asking if they are getting another shipment soon.

Who did you order them from? I'd call and ask to speak to someone in charge to let them know how poorly their "sale team" is doing.

18racing huh? I emailed them first and they tried to force flat black on me. Oh, that was after the second email, apparently the first email wasn't important enough to respond to. I'll buy wheels elsewhere.

yep it was 18racing. I know someone who didnt have any problems ordering form them, guess he got lucky.

I got a reply from them, they are going to send me a set of gloss black slipstreams instead, the hub ring size is different so they are including a set of hubrings.

I HATE 18racing. I ordered a set of tires from them - paid more for quick delivery. They never showed. I called the clowns. "Oh, we only had three in stock - so, we had to wait for the 4th one - we sent them out this morning"

And why didn't you call or email me that bit of info???

I wanted a refund the difference in shipping - they would not budge. They solely make money off of first time customers, and screw up almost every order. You'll be getting 3 pink wheels all with different bolt patterns.

figured it was them. but i had a good experience. it took a few calls and emails but in the end they fixed everything (damage wheel sent).

Yea, for anyone trying to order from them, they don't have bad customer service, it just gets frustrating at times. You won't have any problems getting what you want if they have it in stock, just make sure first.
