where to buy: rotors, ebc's, sway links

I'm looking to to replace my break pads, rotors,
and lines(preferably steel lines) for front and
back, anysuggestions on rotors and lines?
I'm seriously on a budget, but I was hoping for
cross-drilled rotors. I'm up here in the Pac N.W.
so shipping is an option if it will save me money.

I checked my pads last night and they're down
to roughly 15% front and 30% rear and just want
to get it all out of the way at once. Anyone know
of maybe a package that has all three in it?
