Any good place to buy a rebuilted 325E eta head in USA?

I just wonder if there is good place to buy a rebuilt 325E eta head in USA

If rebuild an ETA head?
what parts should we replace? i mean the metal parts, such as vavle, valve spring?

And here comes a question that should be asked.....why rebuild or buy a rebuilt eta head?
If you have to do work to an eta anyway, why not try to make an 2.7i stroker out of it?
