What is the most efficient way to clock the speedo

Take it apart and roll em

Do you need to roll them forward to a higher mileage? Or back to a lower mileage?

If you have to roll it back, you are going to have to roll the numbers forward all the way around the the lesser number that you want. They won't roll backwards.

They DO go backwards but you need to take out the gears. so that it will freewheel, Good luck
