    Help with part numbers

Maybe my version of ETK is just impossible to use or something, but I can't find any of these part numbers. I'm just trying to verify what engine this is (supposively a 2.8 Z3).

    intake manifold: 1 438 140
    cylinder head: 1 436 812
    block: 1 436 921
    fuel rail: 1 433 024
    valve cover: 1 928 403
oil pan: 735 936 (marked inside) 748 754.9 (marked outside)

I've been looking forever and i've only been able to match up the fuel rail. What I'm most concerned about is the block and head. Both have the year '99 stamped on them.

Any help would be appreciated, my ETK makes me pick the car, model, engine, and year before I am able to search.

Those arent BMW part numbers, not like any I've ever dealt with anyways.

Most of these parts are missing the first 4 digits. They're space in the xx xx x xxx xxx format, just without the first 4. I think that's why I'm having so much trouble. I really wish the engine actually had the VIN on it.

Those are partial BMW part numbers, try going into parts usage, you might have some luck that way, it will bring up all the models that part fits.

eh, unfortunately, it requires a complete part number to be able to search that way. Any other thoughts?
