Civic side skirts on M-tec sides

Does any one know the details in fitting 92-95 Civic side skirts on an E30 with M-tec sides? I know Randy Sparre did this, and I think I am going to try it now that his car is no longer around. I hate ripping off other people's ideas, but it's not like everyone does this.

I think I need 92-95 stock civic sides skrits. Is that correct? How do I modify them to fit?

i looked at my friends hatch the first time i saw it to figure out how randy did it. all i could see what that you need the Civic sideskirts and mounting plates then after that i think you need to be creative as to how you could connect them to the M-Tech side skirts. that seemed the hardest part to me

First make sure you get '92-'95 Civic HATCH sideskirts. I talked to Randy a long long time ago about it, probably like 4 years and he told me all about, but I forgot a lot. It seemed like it wasn't a big deal. Get the skirts, trim because the length is incorrect (the hatch sideskirt is slightly longer), fab some real small end caps up, and simply bolt it in to the bottom of the M-Tech side skirts. I believe he said it was rather painless. And he never cared about people copying. I was talking to him about it when I wanted to do it a while back, he was extremely helpful and gave all details. Send him a PM on maX and I'm sure he'll tell you everything.

I was hanging with him last night, too bad I didn't see the thread. I'm going to a BBQ he's at this afternoon though, I'll get the details.
