        It looks a lot like the Recaro Specialist seat, apparently a replica.



        I've got the Specialist S in my car, it's a very comfortable seat.

          Nice seats, we have a tii at work with a couple of the Recaro versions of this seat in it. Dont see why you wouldnt want these in your tii, they are much better than the stock seats, and still just as comfortable.

          I have old Corbeaus (I believe they are early GTS) and they have a good bit more bolster top and bottom.

            i used to have two of this in my '80 celica. the driver's bolster was a bit ripped tho. but great seats. stupid that i didnt take the seats off when i got rid of the car. tsktsk

              They're great seats. The seat back has bit more of an aggressive bolster than the seat bottom, but they have been fantastic for DD'ing.

              You probably had these seats when they were still called the LXF. IIRC, they didn't make any changes when they changed the name to Specialist. The Specialist S like I have doesn't have the thigh support, and the Specialist M does have thigh support.

                thanks man. i didnt really know what they were called before today. hehe. from your description seems like i used to have the specialist M. i will try to find a pic of it when i get home. gotta find my old hdd first. :)

                  Thank for all of the info guys. I'm going to bolt it in and see if I like it. We'll see. If I don't then I'll put it up for sale.
