I need a new steering rack and they seem to have some good prices on the ZF steering racks. I know they tend to be expensive before getting the core shipped back.

I haven't heard anything good about them, and stumbled upon this thread from bimmerforums about one guy's experience with them.

Back a few years ago, I used them for almost all of my parts purchases and I don't ever recall have any issues. I don't use them anymore because other places have better prices for the same parts so I don't know their current level of service.
