Pic request -E30 with front end flip forward

I saw this once and can't find it on E30.de anywhere


It was an E30 that had the whole front of the car (fenders/hood/grills/headlights) unlatch and fold forward.. kinda like a corvette.

Anybody know what I'm talking about and/or see any pics online?

That actually is pretty cool, but what a nightmare that would be to work on...

He should have used a better articulating hinge assembly. So that it would look more like this when raised.
