Alright, my buddy just bought this house and it has the ugliest door we ever seen, we got him to enter this contest to win a new door and its based on votes. Please do me a solid and vote for him. haha they are asking about R3V. But do you need to register to vote? I don't mind signing up but would rather not if its not necessary. And I think his door is cool, paint it a little darker and do it trimmed up in black, probably won't go witht he rest of the house though.

Really? If it was all one color it would actually be nice. I bet the door is solid wood, or atleast a decent material. If it is solid wood its worth a pretty penny. If the rest of the house matches that architectural style, it would be pretty silly to change it to something that doesn't. I guess its a question of wether or not the end result of his house is that it looks like a well maintained pristine example with an updated interior, or one with a hap hazardly "updated" exterior.

Then agian its not my house, and I've been pretty bitchy lately with my posts, must be time to change out the rag in my man waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles. :borg:

Screw the 5th contestant, they suck. Yeah you do have to register to vote, then you can vote once a day, I think when you vote you get a chance to win a gas card or something. The rest of the house needs some love too. I was over there lastnight yanking the bazillion pound cast iron tub from the 2nd story bathroom. Oh and the door is so crappy/ugly. Its a Stanley door, probably from the 70's. Its metal and the moldings are all plastic, it has like yellow and brown fake stained glass which is stupid itself, cuz you can't look thru it to see who is outside! Oh yeah, and the inside of the door is pink. Its bad. Its not like an old door from an old house or something, we talking built in the 60's in the burbs'
