    Car looks to be pretty rusty... I'd say take a good look under the carpet before dropping too much dough into the car. Other than that -
    1. Do the timing belt/ water pump (cam seal is a good idea too while you're in there)
    2. Filters/fluids
    3. Seafoam

    And of course whatever else you want to do ;-)

      wait has that car been repainted or is the engine bay really that dirty?
