New Member coming from VW scene.

Hi. My name is Jim and I'm living in Québec City, Canada. I'm a french canadian so sorry for my bad english writing. I just leaved VW scene and looking for an E30. I always loved those car and now think it's time to have one.

I owned till now a Hyunday Excel (first car student crap car), a 1987 Golf, a 1992 4 doors Jetta, a 1991 2 doors Jetta, a 1982 Rabbit and the one I just sold, a 1980 Caddy.

It's always nice to have a VAG convert on the forums. I am loving that A2 Jetta coupe, it had a very clean and simple look to it. It'll be nice to see what you do to an E30 once you get a hold of one.

Thanks to all. I like the look of the Touring but my first choice is a Coupe.

Don't be affraid, my future E30 will be nicer than my past VW's. I'm currently trading my 13x8 Schmidt TH-Line for some BBS RS001 without lips and bolts. I'll can choose the size of my lips and what finish of bolts I want after buying a E30. They're chrome powder coated with the inner barrels polished and brand new carbon immitation center logo.


I'm wondering what size of lips people are putting on their RS001 ? I'm planning to stretch (flames suit on) the tires a little bit.
