    It's basically like a g-tech pro, but uses the accelerometers built into the iphone and iPod touch. Price? (not including the iPhone) $13

                      I saw this the other day, it looks insane. I've never been hip about the iPhone (seems more like a fad than anything,) but this may change my mind. If only they offered the new 3G with Verizon service.

                        I'm hoping that's for demonstration purposes only, because a 16 second pass with 100mph trap speeds doesn't exactly convince me of it's accuracy.

                        Cool technology though.

                          cool app, but i don't see it being accurate enough for a car. some games use the accelerometer and implement it pretty well, but it still doesnt seem very precise.
