If anyone on here needs to rent a service bay, I discovered one that is relatively cheap. I know that some of you who are in the military or connected to someone who is probably knows of the Auto Skills Center. When my friend took me there the other day, I was like a kid in a candy store! For $6 an hour, they assign you a service bay and give you unlimited access to anything in the shop. They let you use the lift, air tools, tire changers, the brake lathe, etc. The environment was layed back and guys that work there were pretty cool. I had most of my hand tools with me but the guy in charge of the shop was willing to loan me anything that I needed. I've never operated a lift before but I have seen it used in other shops so many times that I knew it didn't take rocket science to operate it. I think that they have a safety video but if you seem like you know what you are doing, they'll leave you alone.
