Whats up guys. New to the forum. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I will snap some pics of my e30 later on tonite for you you guys. Not sure how you are about pics, those guys at VWVortex are pic crazy so. Anyway, Hi. I have a few questions, but Ill read up on the faq's. I have a 1987 four-door 325 2.5 auto-tragic. It says its "royal blue" but it kinda reminds me of Helios Blue. Plans are to just clean up the dings and dents, respray, get a new tranny rebuilt (would do a 5-speed swap, but it will eventually be my wifes DD), lower it a bit, with some nice wheels. Pics to come tonite. Oh, name is Kyle. :)

I have not been on V.W. Vortex consistently in a long time, but still surf once in a while. Sounds like you have some nice plans.

Lol, uh. Yeah about that. Its stripped and awaiting to go to the yard. Figured since the E30 is reliable and a four door. Will work great for the "family" car. I will get another mk2 again, most likely a gti (last three ive owned were 4-door jettas) for a project. Or, maybe, an E30 ? :p:) If i still have pics of it ill post em, lol maybe I'll post pics of its current condition. haha. I have a soft spot for A2 Jettas, I'd love to pick up a little 8V as a DD sometime soon. Let's see some pictures of your old ones.

I think ive seen your e30 rollin around before, so sick. When i get home from work, ill snap a few of the E30 and the current state of my mk2 (LOL) some of the parts i have from it. Id love to meet a few people in the general area, make some new freinds and such :).
Yeah, ive been there once before to get a coolant pump pulley. Im pretty sure I was talking to Joe while I was there. You know how much he would like to get rid of it for? It would save me the trouble of searchin the yards and yanking one to get it rebuilt. Ill keep an eye out for the GTG's here, Even though my E30 isnt that attractive :) Also, Im in the process of becoming MECP certified. Just a couple weeks from taking the test. ;)
