What size do you need? I have two almost brand new (less than 200 miles) 17" PS2 tires with certificates (Discount Tire) just sitting in my garage. I've been meaning to post them up, but not here because they won't fit in the wheelwells of an E30 without rolling fenders. -

On an e46 in addition to the screwing with the diff it would also mess with your DSC. As sensative as those stupid things are it would be cutting power left and right. Again, unsafe.
Or take one of her heels, cut 1/2" off, and tell her to walk.Leave a comment:

If you're buying a pair get something cheaper, like general UHPs or something. This is a chance of getting 1/2 way out of the rut of always having to buy super expensive tires, and you're gonna pass it up.
If I were you I'd find a 40-70% tread same tire on ebay or get 2 new cheaper but almost as good tires. What size are they by the way I might have a spare PS2 actually ;)Leave a comment:

Neither am I. I've been to enough strip clubs/etc. I don't want my wife/gf to deal with it because I'm over it. Good post - i'd rather spend my 200+ on my car than some slut.Leave a comment:

See thats how awesome my wife is. She doesnt care if I go to strip clubs, Im just not interested in paying for a bitch to take her clothes off. I liked earning that by my own merit. Im just not a strip club and hooker kind of guy.Same here, I always remind my wife that I could have ANOTHER hobby, like, oh I don't know, going to the strip club... etc. It's also easy to justify getting more tools, because then I can work in the garage, rather than paying someone else, or using the auto hobby shop. Sometimes a catch 22, though.

Yes and yes. That is why even if you get a rear flat tire, you should ALWAYS put the spare on the front of the car. It's the reverse for FWD of course.
I know in Subaru's there is a way to disable the AWD so if you do get a flat, you can actually drive. All it take is unplugging a fuse. Otherwise you would need a full size spare.Leave a comment:

No offense, but how about growing a pair and just doing it instead of asking her permission?Leave a comment:

p.s. My reason is always "Because I fuckin' said so" End of argument.

Obviously not married ^
;)
Oh, and to the OP- if you have to work this hard for a reason, then it's not a legit reason.
Buy 1 tire and spend the rest of the $$$ on something else.......

Hint: if you're smart, you'll spend part of the $$ on her, and part on you, which has the potential to be a win, win, with the likelyhood of some waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, so a triple WIN!!!Leave a comment:
