What should I offer: 1992 318ic

A co-worker of mine has a 5-speed 1992 318ic for sale with 108k miles. His dad was the original owner and I believe he has service records back to its purchase. Everything on the car is stock and in excellent shape from the convertible top to the interior.

I should be getting more info on it in the next few days. In the mean time I am just trying to get an idea of the car's value.
