I purchased a set of gears from Jeff at odometergears.com, smooth transaction and his offering is easy to find and decide upon.
My only gripe is that the gears are NOT the correct size and should require a redesign. I made this suggestion to him and heard no feed back.
Now, with is gears in my cluster, there is a clicking from the gear lash. Specifically, one of the gears is too small in diameter and when the odometer receives a pulse, it shakes the gears and makes a click sound.
Its not a big deal but not quite what i was expecting, as i had hoped for perfection.
The other problem is shown below. Beneath the white gear is supposed to be a slight spacer to raise the larger gear off of the red gear and centering it on the grey gear more. I used a tiny washer to aid in it's positioning. Again, a minimal consideration when concerned with quality.

Odd. I purchased a set from odometergears.com as well, but everything went incredibly smooth. (From purchase to install.)
