Yep, they are soft and the do lower the car a lot. I suspect these springs are a lot of the reason why people have problems with broken oil pans. You can't go over a moderate speed bump with those things and not hit the bottom of the car unless you just creep over the bump.

When I changed out the Eibach Pro's on my car and put on H&R Race springs, the ride height didn't change much at all, but the Race springs are a much higher spring rate. That low spring rate on the Eibach's plus their short profile equals a higher potential for ground contact with the pan (in my opinion).

I actually loved them on my DD. Unfortunately, they are just for looks. Car looks great lowered, and ride quality stays pretty much the same.

I have them. They're soft, yes, but they lower the car decently and are a good DD spring.

Ive been debating if I want to go lower from my H&R sport to something like H&R race / IE 3 / Eibach pro kit. I like the my ride quality now but thinking of going lower for the looks but do not want to sacrifice the ride quality and have stiff and harsh ride for DD.

From what I read, H&R Race or IE3 is best and Eibach Prokit is soft....Does it mean Eibach=Soft is compfortable? What are the chances of hitting the ground specially in the NY/NJ roads?

I would like to hear your suggestions please.

I run eibachs with bilstein sports, and the ride quality is ok.

              Cons:
Car doesn't absorb bumps nearly as well as stock suspension, and on rough roads it almost feels like you're galloping on a horse.

Noise over potholes increased a lot as well, and it feels like you're fking something up everytime you roll over one.

The extra roughness isn't good for your electronics, and if there's anything remotely loose in your car, you'll hear it.

You need to creep over speedbumps to avoid hitting the bottom of the car.

If you get a flat, you'll need a LOW profile jack to raise the car up.

Negative camber wear on your tires

              Pros:
Car does feel more planted in turns.

              Stance looks good.

I'm honestly thinking about switching to H&R sports since this is my daily driver.

just like everyone just said, very soft springs but nice for a DD with Bilstein Sports. Which is what im running on. Sig shows ride height. Course, running 15's instead of 16's might help make it a smoother ride?

Eibach's springs are usually red, you know there's something wrong with a company's product line when they don't even make them the company's signature color........like they don't back up their own product.
