afaik, they have a different port spacing. the euro S52 is a quite different motor altogether. S54 parts would be a closer match.. but then, why not just do the whole S54? :p

I would be very interested in the throttle body and manifold.

typically you are going to combine ITB's with a peaky cam that will make power where that manifold is designed (short runner TB's). that means less low end torque, generally.

    Good point.

Other thing i'd like to see is an adaptation of an e manifold to an I head. Simply because of the longer runners. Increase plenum size (thickness or plenum as width would cut into the runner length.

A hodgepodge of e and i manifold with a sheetmetal plenum. Slightly smaller runners at the head port wouldn't be that big a deal on a stock motor. Taper port those runners larger and larger to the plenum (becoming bigger than the I intake 1/2 way back to the plenum. Then build a sheetmetal plenum, with BBTB TB opening.

Personally I'd love to see an ITB setup that would improve high rpm power, give good throttle response and boost, or at least not lose lower rpm tq.

So many wishes. Hell I wouldn't be able to drop that much money for a couple years. To many important things to do first than to chase the last 10hp.

I'd love to see a quality set of ITB's other than dbilas produced for the m20. I dont want dbilas first for the money, and ive heard better gains can be had by piecing one together with parts (not moto-style, like TB's from Jenvey). That's what I'm thinking of for my stroker m20, a dbilas manifold and 3 40 or 45mm DCOE flange Jenvey dual throttle bodies. If you could make something that has the ability for a compact idle control, whether its stock or not, works well, can be had without motronic software, and at a good price I may be pretty interested. Like icing on a cake.

Similar profile and surface but I'm not cutting/welding the manifold and choking down the runners.

I 'll do those but it would cost about $600 and I doubt anyone here would be into that.

    Yeah, I know...

I'm looking for sources....shaft bushings, seals, ball sockets etc...

Spent about an hour on the phone just today.

Re-producing the large bore throttle bodies and ITBs is presenting some problems.
Several of the sourced components are NLA... When I was doing these they weren't re-worked stock units, they were built from scratch.

I'm still thinking on whether or not to do M20 manifolds again (porting is such a brain dead and time consuming...I'm not sure yet that I'm poor enough to do it)

Those are really good prices... especially on the manifold. Would this require sending you a core first? Or just in exchange after or how would you run this for the porting? Same with the throttle?

    I am very interested.

Just when I thought I was done with basic mods...I'm not gonna lie, I probably won't buy it, because I am now a soon-to-be-poor college student. But oh how I want it...
