Anyone know of a website / warehouse that I can get a brand new plastic rear bumper skin for my 91 318is? I've tried google, oldest most places go is E36 range.

Might want to shop around. It would be cheaper to get a complete plastic bumper set, and you might not even have to do paintwork if the color matches.
