I know someone parting a 1989 735i and I'm curious what I should look for. I know that these parts can be used (I search, but found little. Is this a newb/tardo question?):

On top of the parts that would swap onto your E30, I know of plenty of people who would mind having that B35 motor. If you get it, throw the motor on MyE28.com or any E24 forum.- Trey

The headlights on these can be swapped to the e30 right?

The headlights look the same but I'm pretty sure that the buckets and mounting points are different.
The windshield washer motor is also interchangeable, as is some of the switchgear. The code box for the OBC is also the same.Comment
