Does paypal / Ebay report money you make to IRS?

Just sold $2000 worth of equipment for my boss on ebay (were splitting the profits 50/50)

It was sold under a his account. He want to know if it gets reported as income to the IRS?

Anyone know?

becareful as the IRS does watch sites like that. This is why I don't sell on Ebay.

Fuck the IRS. I highly doubt they access everyones paypal records come tax season. You may however have to provide them if you get audited.
